 October  30,  2019

Charity sewing details to be announced.   YEAH,  we will be able to set up and start sewing at 4pm... this will give us longer sewing time.  There will be a sign up in advance of this activity to know will prep fabric and cut, who is willing to bring irons and iron, who will sew.  Kits are being made to allow for efficient sewing. We should be able to get some quilt top made.

 November   27, 2019

Our annual paper bag auction is scheduled for this night.  So gather up items you wish to donate to the guild.... abandoned UFOs... Fabric and kits you know you will never use ...  rulers and notions, books, magazines ... sewing / quilting home decor / tchotchke ... Whatever sewing items you are willing to let go make good donation items.  The old adage is "Your trash is someone else's  treasure. "

 Guild Christmas Party

Currently, other months will be guild activities … such as our annual guild auction, four corners, make and take, quilt bingo, Tea Party, etc.  We are always looking for new ideas / activities for the guild to do.  The board is hoping to be able to find other speakers to add to our calendar, but it will depend on our finances.  If you have any suggestions please let us know.

Lectures are part of the membership package.  Due to cost of putting on the lectures series we charge a $7.00 speaker fee for all non- members.

Reminder ... Please turn off phones, tablets any noise producing devises when the lecture and business meeting is being conducted.  If you have to take the call then please go into the hall.
