The EVENING STAR QUILT GUILD would like to
invite quilters to sign up for a workshop with Denise Schober. Denise has been a quilt instructor for many years teaching
for sewing machine manufacturers and many quilt guilds and shops. Her recent workshops have been hosted by Decorative
Stitches in Shelby Township, Speedy Sew
in Saginaw, Country Stitches in East Lansing, to name a few. She has also taught nation-wide.
Denise has appeared on several television broadcasts,
including America Sews with Sue Hausmann, Martha's Sewing Room with Martha
Pullen, and contributed design work for the Martha Stewart Show. Denise
hosts trunk shows and teaches across the country and abroad.

Back by popular demand, Denise came to our guild last year
and everyone loved her lecture. We learned so much about needles, thread and
improving our stitching. We had a lot of
request by our members to host a workshop with her. Denise is a professional quilting/ sewing instructor and has worked for manufacturers of sewing machines. Her workshops are popular and in demand. She teaches nationally and in many local quilt shops. Her workshop will be on Machine Quilting with
an emphasis on learning how to master your machine.

meeting for members and then it will open to non –members. We need a minimum of 15 students to host this
event.

OF WORKSHOP :
$30 … plus KIT FEE:
$15 payable to Denise the day of the class. Supply list will be given upon payment of the class. You will need to bring practice batts to the workshop.
(Various supplies, threads and batting samples to make
your learning experience enjoyable and productive.)
Bring a lunch or there is Wendy's, Mc Donald's, Tim Horton's and other fast food places within a mile drive. Time for lunch will be mutually determined X 45 minutes.
